Support & Terms

Support, early access terms, and where things stand now.

This page explains how we handle contact, early access, product status, and general support across Ziprime. It currently applies to LP-63 and Smooth Scroll Mouse, both of which are still in active development.

The simplest way to reach us is still email.

For questions about early access, product status, launch timing, reservations, or general support, contact us at support@ziprime.com.

We’re a small team, so replies may not always be immediate. But every message is read, and we try to respond with clarity rather than automation.

Both products are real. Neither is final.

LP-63 and Smooth Scroll Mouse are both in development. The keyboard is further along in visual definition and structural refinement. The mouse is earlier in its product form, but its core functional direction has already been validated.

That means some parts of the site may show more complete visuals for LP-63 than for the mouse. This reflects product stage differences, not project uncertainty.

LP-63

Product direction, structure, and visual language are actively being refined. Current renders and development notes represent our latest working direction, but not a final retail-ready unit.

Smooth Scroll Mouse

Core scroll behavior and functional direction are already established, but industrial design and final product presentation are still earlier. Some mouse visuals may therefore appear more conceptual at this stage.

Early access is how we share progress before retail exists.

Some Ziprime pages may offer early access, founder interest, or reservation-style participation before final retail launch. These are not the same as buying an in-stock finished product unless clearly stated otherwise on the specific page.

If a page includes an early reservation or founder price hold, it should be understood as participation in a product still moving through validation, refinement, and launch preparation.

What that means in practice

  • Product visuals, specs, timing, and availability may still change.
  • Early access does not automatically mean immediate shipment.
  • Any reservation or founder terms are governed by the product page where they appear.
  • Retail purchase terms will become clearer once a final shipping product exists.

Formal warranty language belongs to shipped products, not unfinished ones.

Because our current products are still pre-retail, full warranty periods and final return rules are not yet universally active across the site.

Once a final production version is launched and shipped, Ziprime intends to provide straightforward limited support for manufacturing defects and functional problems under normal use. Exact coverage, timelines, and claim procedures will be published closer to retail availability.

What support is generally meant to cover later

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional hardware failures under normal use
  • Workmanship issues in shipped production units

What support is generally not meant to cover

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal cosmetic wear over time

Until products are finalized and shipping, this page should be read as a transparent status and support overview rather than a finished retail warranty contract.

What you see on the site reflects where development currently is.

Some pages may include high-fidelity renders, engineering visuals, concept imagery, or development-stage descriptions. They are there to communicate direction honestly, not to pretend that every product is already finished.

We try to keep information accurate and current, but certain details — including dimensions, materials, industrial design, software behavior, or launch timing — may still change before mass production.

Launch timing comes after the product direction is strong enough to deserve it.

We are not optimizing for the earliest possible release. We are optimizing for products we can actually stand behind.

Availability, launch order, and supported shipping regions may differ between LP-63 and Smooth Scroll Mouse depending on development readiness, production timing, and support capacity.
